Mo was part of the 4 puppy litter, being abandoned in the parking lot. The rescuers think they were abandoned because they found two first, then two a day after. The pups were only around 1.5 months old, and they snuggled together to fight the cold winter weather.
Mo is quiet and is the observing kind. He may not approach right away, but becomes loving after a day or two.
