Suwa was claimed from the local Taiwanese shelter with multiple lacerations on her. We don’t know what happened to her but she’s certainly timid of people in general. She will need a guardian who is willing to be patient, and bring her out of her shell.

At home, Suwa is like a normal puppy. She loves playing with Tin-tin the puppy and stealing her food. She loves the resident kitty as the kitty plays with her like how a dog would play. It took her a while but now when the foster mother said kiss, Suwa would tap her nose to the foster mother’s nose. At first, she would freak out when going outside, and barking at strangers that pass by, but now, she is brave enough to stroll into the neighbour salon to say hi, and entering convenient stores without a problem.

Compared to an average Formosan Mountain Dog Cross, Suwa is smaller than average perhaps due to her early life trauma. She is now 5 months old and we think she will only get slightly larger than the size she is.

4.5 months old Rocky is as sweet as the rocky road icecream and you can never get enough of him! Super playful and energetic, he’s got his silly puppy energy making everyone laugh. He loves people and plays super well with children and dogs. Tiny Rocky was found abandoned in an instant-noodle cardboard box, malnourished and sad. Rocky is well-adjusted and happy. As a Formosan mountain dog cross, he will be medium sized and with medium energy. Enjoy a good cuddle with him nightly but he can still go on a great hike when you want him to! Puppati-pup! Cora the 3 month old Formosan Mountain Dog cross is the most agreeable pup out there you will ever encounter. When the children play super roughly with her, to the point of pulling her hair, she stood and endured the abuse. She’s peaceful and respectful of the kitties, and very loving with other dogs in the household. Cora was found hit by a car on her the right front paw. Although she limps slightly when walking, it does not bother her. After all the hardship that she went through, she deserves a loving home! 1.5 year old Formosan Mountain Dog cross Eyre is medium hair, tan, and super cute! He is quite mellow and easy going with other dogs, children and kitties. At the age of 1.5 years, he doesn’t chew or bark very much anymore. He was found in the neighborhood with 2 other siblings he he was a puppy. One day, the rescuers who feed the dogs in the district could no longer spot him. They posted ads and traveled around to look for him, and found him in another district quite far away. In fear of other malicious people doing harm to him, the rescuers decided to find him a foster and start looking a furever home.

Eyre spent most of his life on the street, so he will need some patience for his human to warm up to him. He is otherwise a chill calm bud who can hang all day long!

    [post_text_body]

The rescuer was passing through an alley on her way home and that’s when she saw Miles running frantically across the road and chasing people on their bicycles. In fear of him running into the oncoming traffic, the rescuer picked Miles up and asked around the neighbourhood and see if anyone recognizes Miles. No one in the neighbourhood had recognized him. Because Miles is so affectionate towards people, the rescuer had no problem picking him up and drive him home.

Miles is super affectionate towards people and very agreeable with dogs. He is quiet and obedient in the crate, although he would start barking when being left alone. Miles has since improved after spending 2 weeks with the rescuer, however, similar anxiety will be expected when he is introduced into a new environment.
