Hilo was found on the mountain in beginning of July, emaciated, covered in fleas and ticks, and dermodex. Despite his poor health condition at the time, he rushed up to the rescuer with a happy wagging tail, asking for hugs and licks. The rescuers deduced that Hilo once belonged to a family. They scooped the weak puppy up, gave him the medical attention he needs, and placed him in a foster home. He lives with a grandma who takes him to socialize with the seniors regularly. He is very tolerant of kids, and can be walked and petted. Hilo loves running and playing with other dogs. Being a puppy with an outgoing disposition, we think he can fit into any family very quickly!

Bolt was abandoned at a sugar cane factory in Central Taiwan. Bolt was obviously in panic mode but everyone turned their head and pretended they didn’t see. In fear of Bolt running into the streets and get run over by cars, the rescuers responded to the call and picked Bolt up. At the foster home, Bolt is accustom to regular contact with men and women. He’s always playing with 5 other pooches, so he is well versed in doggo social etiquette.
