Meet Bo, 7-year-old sweet girl who was rescued from a puppy mill. Despite spending most of her time in a cage, she loves people and has a big heart. However, she would best fit with a patient and experienced owner, who is willing to spend the time to train her to potty. Her foster parents are already making good progress with regular and persistent training. She loves to cuddle with people 24/7. Even though she might look tiny, she is a big eater and loves treats of any kind. She gets along with dogs and children and will try to get your attention at all times! She is excited to see you and will follow you anywhere in the house so if you don’t mind a shorty follower, she could be right for you! [/post_text_body]

Roca was found dumped in a campus after spring break, possibly due to his age. The school would not take Roca in, and the rescuer didn’t want Roca to be go to the shelter (because of the poor environment), so they took Roca and prepare him to be rehomed.

Roca does tend to drink too quickly and might choke and vomit. When the foster is not home and during the night, he settles in the crate. Other times he likes to rest by people’s feet. He gets slightly nervous during car rides or going to the vet, so the rescuer uses the crate to transport him. He actually walks into the crate himself.

He’s currently living with 3 adults, 4 other dogs and 9 cats. He gets super excited with treats and might accidentally catch your fingers in his mouth. Currently, the dogs get a light potty walk some time between 11am to 1pm, a treat time and meal at around 2-3pm plus some pee breaks as needed. The foster brings Roca to work sometimes and he would lie beside her feet and sleeps. The dogs get a longer walk at around 10pm.

Overall Roca is a very easy going pooch. He’s good with dogs, cats.  even when traveling with the foster, he gets along with dogs and people he just met. Loves his walks and treats. He sometimes asks for pets and hugs but is not anxious if he doesn’t get showered with attention.

Grouse was found together with his siblings, Cypress and Seymour in a cardboard box, with their umbilical cord still attached. The person who spotted the dogs waited for the entire afternoon for someone to claim the pups, or the mother to come by, but no one came. The rescuers were called to take the puppies and nursing them to health. Grouse is the largest in the litter, but with the most “simple and honest” temperament. Grouse takes it even when his siblings Seymour and Cypress pick on him. Like his siblings, Grouse loves food, which makes it easy for obedience training.

Currently, his walking routines are done on the weekends only, so he still need some training with walking on leash outside. It is funny that he can go potty in cat litter boxes! The rescuers think Grouse will grow to around 15kg when fully grown.

Panther and Kuma are puppies of a TNR mother. When the rescuer released the mother back after spaying, she found the two pups sitting by the busy street. In fear of them getting run over by cars, the rescuers took the puppies and prepared them for rehoming. Kuma is currently living with 7 other dogs, 2 dog savvy kitties and a turtle. He takes some time to warm to strangers (a typical Formosan Mountain Dog trait) and needs some patience when meeting new people. Kuma loves dogs and will do well in a multi-dog household. Being a Formosan Mountain Dog, we expect Kuma to grow into a medium size, medium to medium-high energy dog that needs good physical and mental stimulation.

Panther and Kuma’s mom is a TNR pooch. When the rescuer returned the mother after spaying her, she saw Panther and Kuma crouching by the busy road. In fear of them being run over by cars, the rescuer took them in. Panther is a dog lover, and would like to play bite when playing with dogs. Compare to Kuma, he needs a little longer to warm up to strangers.

Being a Formosan Mountain Dog, Panther will be medium to high energy, short-hair, medium sized dog at under 45lb. Given the intelligent, stubborn, loyal, sensitive nature of the Formosan Mountain Dogs, Panther will do best in a home that is active, and have an assertive confident leading style.
