Rafael was found in the countryside roaming by the rice field in Tainan. His back was scarred but was not skittish at all. He was very affectionate towards people walking by. The rescuer attempted to find his owner, but the locals told her that Rafael has been roaming the field for around two weeks now. Since then, the rescuer visits Rafael at the rice field everyday until she found a foster for him. She has attempted to look for local homes for sweet Rafael but was not successful.
Rafael is a happy, affectionate, playful, active dog. He’s social and friendly to dogs and people. He might be a little nervous when going into a new environment and adapts quickly.
