Rider, the 3-year-old black Formosan Mountain Dog with a smile that will steal your heart at first sight. He may seem timid at first, but with some love and treats, he will be all over you!
He is affectionate towards people and other dogs. He is patient with children and definitely curious about cats! Rider is an excellent companion to snuggle with while you watch Netflix, or go for a pleasant stroll in the afternoon.
Rider was found abandoned and injured on streets. Ryder was in a car accident while taking a nap at the side of the road. He had previous injuries from accidents in his younger life, but he also has wounds from the recent accident. The rescuer found him injured at the side of the road, and even though he was hurt, he was affectionate towards the rescuer when he was picked up.
Due to his injuries, Rider is more suitable for a family that enjoys light leisure activities. Although Rider fully recovered from his previous injuries, it is recommended not to be involved in strenuous activities that will put pressure on the bones.
