The rescuer went to the Sun Moon Lake in Central Taiwan on April 5th and that is when she saw Chili in the scooter parking lot. He was malnourished, extremely underweight with ribs showing. The rescuer noticed that Chili was missing a front paw. The lot attendant told the rescuer that they have already called the shelter to pick up the dog. Because Chili is so tamed and loving, the rescuer thinks he was dumped onto the street by someone. Chili is extremely friendly too people, dogs, children, even cats. He is also very friendly and cuddly! In the Vancouver foster, he is the sweetest boy that everyone loves! Chili deserves a beautiful home who can give him as much as attention as possible.
