Mike’s an active, athletic, and gentle 20kg Formosan Mountain Dog looking for his forever companion! He is very sociable with dogs, kids, people, and gentle with smaller dogs. At the age of 10 months old, he’s ready to take on any challenges ahead of him! Mike was very skinny when he was found under a car. Because he was cold, very scared and hungry, he whined loudly that the rescuer quickly found him. He was so handsome, that he got adopted very quickly, but the story didn’t end there. He was found on the street again. When the original owner was contacted, they claimed that Mike just ran away, and that they didn’t want him anymore. Being a Formosan Mountain Dog, Mike has sheds minimally and will grow up to a medium size dog slightly smaller than a lab. He is now 20kg and will likely grow up to 25kg. Because he is athletic, he will fit best in a family that can meet up with his activity demands.
