Roca was found dumped in a campus after spring break, possibly due to his age. The school would not take Roca in, and the rescuer didn’t want Roca to be go to the shelter (because of the poor environment), so they took Roca and prepare him to be rehomed.
Roca does tend to drink too quickly and might choke and vomit. When the foster is not home and during the night, he settles in the crate. Other times he likes to rest by people’s feet. He gets slightly nervous during car rides or going to the vet, so the rescuer uses the crate to transport him. He actually walks into the crate himself.
He’s currently living with 3 adults, 4 other dogs and 9 cats. He gets super excited with treats and might accidentally catch your fingers in his mouth. Currently, the dogs get a light potty walk some time between 11am to 1pm, a treat time and meal at around 2-3pm plus some pee breaks as needed. The foster brings Roca to work sometimes and he would lie beside her feet and sleeps. The dogs get a longer walk at around 10pm.
Overall Roca is a very easy going pooch. He’s good with dogs, cats. even when traveling with the foster, he gets along with dogs and people he just met. Loves his walks and treats. He sometimes asks for pets and hugs but is not anxious if he doesn’t get showered with attention.
